Highness Scale
A Highness Scale is a scale used to determine how high someone is on a drug, most notably Marijuana. And remember, you can't rate 10 before you become the couch.

[edit] Alternative Scale
A more precise and far ranging scale is to divide how long you think it has been by how long it actually has been.
For example, if you think it has been an hour but it has really only been five minutes, you are at a 12 on the Alternative Scale.
The downside is that this scale is less well known and can produce unbelievable answers if you rattle off the first time that comes to your head. For example, it probably hasn't actually been a million years in your time compared to one minute real time. Stop and think before dividing for an accurate result.
Furthermore, as less people are familiar with the scale, which is widely used only in the central Texas area, it could potentially cause confusion.
