"Feels good man" is a phrase currently in-vogue on 420chan. It is indicative of physical or emotional pleasure, both drug-induced and otherwise.
The origin of the meme is a gross-out humor comic by Matt Furie called Boys Club. In the strip in question, one of the characters leaves the restroom door unlocked while he urinates with his pants all the way down. Another character walks in on him and gets a face full of frog arse. Later, a third character asks the frog if he really drops his pants all the way down to his ankles when he pees, to which the frog simply replies "Feels good man." And now you know.
