Drug Enforcement Administration

The Drug Enforcement Administration (abbreviated DEA) is a law enforcement agency under the United States Department of Justice tasked with combating drug use and trafficking within the United States. Not only is the DEA the lead agency for domestic enforcement of the Controlled Substances Act, sharing concurrent jurisdiction with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, it also has sole responsibility for coordinating and pursuing U.S. drug investigations abroad. When the DEA breaks into your house with big-ass guns, its the FDA's fault.
