Montreal is the weed capital of Canada, Vancouver was the weed capital of Canada Now the downtown eastside is filled with heroin junkies and (jaw-drop) asians, but more importantly Canada is the weed capital of the world.
While Canada is not the best place in the world to live, it's absolutely one of the best. In Canada you could smoke a joint in front of a police station, get a gay-marriage and then finish the day with a publicly funded abortion.
Except for that incident where that Asian guy cut that other guy's head off and ate it, Canada's a pretty safe place to live. Police force sucks though.
